By requesting services or making a payment to PBG Solutions LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Services
PBG Solutions LLC provides residential home improvement services including but not limited to painting, repairs, installations, remodeling, and related home services.

Estimates
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inspection. Final pricing may adjust if project scope changes or additional issues are discovered during the job.

Project Conditions
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and ensuring the space is ready for service unless otherwise agreed.

Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice. Deposits may be required before scheduling. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Permits
If a project requires permits, the client will be informed. Work requiring licensed contractors beyond our scope will not be performed unless properly arranged.

Limitation of Liability
PBG Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre existing structural issues, hidden damages, or conditions not visible at the time of estimate.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
